Interview: Become a better leader with the Montessori Method [Italian]

I had a great time prepping for the interview with CTO Mastermind and Alex has been an incredible host.

Truly an interesting conversation where I expanded on a number of topics close to my heart:

• what companies should focus on to make the employee engaged and high performing*
• why autonomy is important in product teams and how to balance it with the human need for competency
• what companies can do balance delivery and coaching of their employees
• what are the most important things to retain employees and why monetary incentives are counterproductive
• how do you actually do all the above and more effectively
