Last year, I had the pleasure of presenting a talk on the Montessori method and leadership at Devoxx Benelux. I was thrilled to offer an enhanced version of this presentation in the UK.
In contrast to the enormous cinema hall that hosted me in Belgium, the 120-seat room in the UK appeared quite modest. However, perhaps due to its crowded nature, I experienced a heightened sense of audience energy.

Generally speaking, compared to previous talks, I devoted more time to explaining why Montessori principles are increasingly effective in today's context and what modern research has discovered that supports this method.
